In a regrettable turn of events, “The Marvels” emerges as the weakest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film’s attempt to interweave the stories of Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan, while connecting to other MCU properties, results in a rushed and confusing narrative. Lackluster visual effects further contribute to the film’s shortcomings, overshadowing the charismatic performances of Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, and Iman Vellani. Despite a few enjoyable musical moments, they are insufficient to salvage the movie from its overall lack of coherence and humor. Visit fzseries for more!
